Usually I have coffee in the morning, an energy drink midday, then coffee all night at work. I delayed the energy drink so that I was still sipping it when I started work, then halfway through I switched to water instead of coffee. Success.

Ah yeah, the key is definitely to taper.
Is this going to be your new routine now or you'll go back to normal haha?
The sleep was awesome, so I think I'll try for this routine. Try being the key word. :)
