I went on one of those contraptions once. Didn't end well for me. Lol.
Yeah, Xmas Eve here (1310 currently). I've got some cooking and prep to do for tomorrow but it's all pretty casual. Faith is working, last day of the year for her, should be home 7pm...Just in time to miss out on all the work. :) (She hates cooking).
That's good! We are headed to some family's house for the day. We really want to host but our condo is so small and we don't have room for anything besides a poker card table hahaha so we don't try and host. Someday! We are getting things in motion to get some property in hopefully the coming months. One is a raw piece of land and the other will be an actual house with some land as well. Hoping that we can host some holidays in a few years! I just love the hustle and bustle of it all lol.
Glad that it's the last day for her, she needs some time off! How's her mother doing?
It'll be good for you to have a little more room to move. My brother is renovating his house in Finland right now, he's only had it for about six months and he's always had small apartments prior. It's good to see him able to add his own touches, do some DIY, and I think you'd love that aspect too. I've only ever had full-sized houses and whilst it can be a pain in the ass at times, costly, I wouldn't want it any other way.
Faith's mum seems to be going ok. She gets tired very quickly though. Her next round of testing is in Feb 2021 so we'll see what they have to say.
