Whetever you do in life, if you are consistent you will surely get succeeded. And it's not somr theory, its actually the truth. For example, when I started running again, I could not complete the 500m itself and thus I have to wait. And then every week on Sunday I will try to push myself little more and thus last week on Sunday I touched 3 KM. The speed was reduced but still I touched the mark.

I am not doing the running every day, I do only on Sundays but imagine if I would have done everyday then might be I will touch the 5 KM mark too. And that's the benefit of consistency. Similarly, if you do anything if you are consistent in it, you will surely achieve the success. Like I am thinking now to start the course on Data Structure and algorithms again as I forgot moat of the algorithms. Now if I consistently do it every day for 3 months, I will be able to solve most of the questions.
And this goes to every aspect of your life. If you are into writing some posts might take hours to complete because your mind will think slowly but if you are consistency writing the ideas will flow and this you will be able to complete a post in just 10 minutes. Because when you consistently do something, your mind gets accustomed to it and thus you will excel in it.
This is also called Atomic Habits. For example if you want to become 100% pro, you don't have to do it today. What you have to do is that you have to become 1% better than yesterday and might be in some time, can take different time for different people but still you will become better with time. So whatever you do in life try to be consistent with it and see the magic it brings with it.
