It depend on promotion or the utility offered by the token and public acceptability towards the coin. Two years who have thought to buy a coin based on a meme and named dogecoin. I know your concern as most of coins get failed, it also depends on teams hardwork and determination that they have put into the project. It is a chance and a very less chance to create a wonder. The ball is on your side. Its your wish to create a coin by using your some dollars or not.
