Who is involved in that?
In the Eurocup, all European countries that qualified for that tournament.
Copa América, 16 countries from both South, Central and North America
Are you going to watch a match? I'm not sure, but maybe there will be some games in Florida.
I think there is a good chance I will NOT be watching the matches.
Who should I root for? Who are you rooting for?
Well, I support Germany and Portugal. Germany has been here in Brazil since the World Cup in 2014. They wore the colors of my Flamengo team in some matches and I developed a liking for them. Portugal is because I really admire the country and its culture.
I already had ideas about living there one day... maybe not so much today. But I intend to at least visit there. I support Portugal, but it has nothing to do with it because they were our colonists. LOL
You can support Germany, France, Spain or the Netherlands if you want to support one. These are teams with a lot of football tradition.

For the Copa América, I intend to do it. It will start tomorrow, but I don't know if I'll only do it on the day of the Brazil game.
Or every day like @godfish is doing. Maybe I'll do some threadcasts, especially on interesting matches.
The matches will be at night here. If I'm not mistaken, where you live is two hours ahead of me.
That would be a good idea for Copa America. Maybe get other Brazilians involved.
