It depends on what API they are pulling the price from. The threads ticker is most likely tracking the actual Hive-Engine price of LEO, and the CoinGecko price is probably the ARB version of the token. That would be my thought.

Yeah, I can guarantee that is most likely the case because CoinGecko doesn't track anything on Hive-Engine. with LEO being and ARB token and on the Maya protocol, they will most likely track that. I use there API on my site, Coin-Logic.com
