Lighting is one of the most important and interesting topics in the history of the automobile. Seeing and being seen is essential when you are in control of a vehicle and that is why manufacturers invest heavily in improving technologies dedicated to this subject.
The matrix headlights were designed by German company Hella, a specialist in the subject, and appeared on a production car for the first time in 2013, in the restyling of the 3rd generation Audi A8. Currently, they equip several European models and some sold in Brazil such as the VW Polo GTS, ID. Buzz and Tiguan R-Line, MINI Cooper, among others.
