Is banana mixed into pancake batter? I just cut it and place the slices on top.
I was curious and it would be really cool if I made an authentic American pancake for my children.
Basically I add eggs, milk, wheat, butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and chemical yeast.
You can do it both ways. The best is to dice some and put in batter then put a few sliced bananas on top.
