Greetings, @cryptobrewmaster, and sorry for the delay . . . I initially saw your reply on my phone and for whatever reason it wasn't allowing me to respond.
Our mini farm is in Middle Tennessee, on the Highland Ridge of the Cumberland Plateau, roughly midway between Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga.
We moved here in 2011, and one of our eventual goals is to start a microbrewery of our own, along with a micro winery and distillery, though that is on the back burner at present.
My husband is originally from Poland, and has been distilling and brewing since long before we met, which I can't wait to get back into, even on a small scale. In the meantime, one of my own specialties is making liqueurs, which will hopefully ultimately provide us with a stream of income, once we make our way through the legalities involved. For now they're strictly for our own use.
