RE: Future Jobs

Yes especially in a company where you are training adding skills to employees as the cost and time allocated is not cheap. People do not give a toss and they should as it works both ways. By giving them new skills they see they are worth more and why they move on and there is no appreciation. I was training people for many years in the field and when we had our meet ups there were very few around as they had all oved on. This applies to managers and top positions as well as they are normally full of BS and move after 3 years before being fired. I personally knew a few like that as one of he provincial managers was in our action cricket team and he mentioned having to keep moving on before they found out how unqualified he really was.

Interesting. Not to be ageist, but I find those of a certain younger age have a tendency to take as much as they can in terms of experience, training etc over around three years and then they jump ship. It gets tiresome seeing this repeat, so I'm definitely going to be more cynical with my next hire.

Yes this is very much the younger generation doing this jumping around to further their careers quicker which personally puts me off hiring any of them.

It's definitely something I'm going to keep in mind for my next hire, thanks man 👌
