Not yet and planned for a trip around March. There are no fees from what i have checked and yes you provide a personal tax certificate from your own country plus all your other personal details like address etc. You have to be there for 2 days and sow your passport with the correct immigration /customs stamps. This is all confidential and protected by Dubai's banking laws. Will post as soon as I have done the deed including the entire process to follow.

PS: Personal Tax certificate? Like the last annual tax receipt from your Home Country? Whats that for? For checking your income?
Have no clue and I think covers them for money laundering possibly and it is not like they are going to use any info against you as they want your business.
