I'll ask one more time, people usually ignore me, so I won't bother after this one. But, where do the payments go? I have received one interest payment months ago and now I get nothing. Is there something I have to do to trigger the payments? Or is this just another broken feature of Hive?

PeakD is a solid option. Has a lot of nice features.
Interest payments are not automatically sent. They are accumulated over time and not paid until claimed. To claim HBD, a transfer action is need. Sending or receiving HBD would trigger a claim.
What I normally do is withdraw 0.001 HBD from Savings to Liquid wallet to trigger the payment. However, interest payments can be claimed once in 30 days. If 30 days have not passed since the last payment, trigger won't do anything.
As Nonameslefthouse pointed out, peakd's wallet has a feature to claim the interest payment by a click of a button. It also shows the amount of days passed since the last claim.

Fact Check: When I was reading the comments (not sure why I was reading these old comments) that part tricked my eyes as well and when Geekgirl said house, I just read house and I didn't care to notice if it was wrong cause I spelled house in my mind as well when I was reading your reply.
