I hope you're all well this post is all about my first 60 days on hive.blog and leofinance.io and actifit.io
At first i found it all a bit confusing posting to certain communities and earning not just hive but other cryptocurrencies aswell,I soon realised hive is the main blockchain and they all run off hive.
And the various cryptocurrencies of each community can be staked or delegated to that particular community to earn more and best of all it can all be converted to hive,you can also use the tokens of each community to power up your voting power which increases your curator awards.
Once signed up i created my profile and my first post but i very quickly got disheartened as my post received just one upvote! I was still confused about how hive worked what was delegation what was hive power. And if you are a newbie reading this as confused as i was all i can suggest is ask questions the community on leofinance.io and hive are amazing and very helpful and just don't feel stupid we were all newbies i still consider myself one now.
The most important thing is that you engage comment on posts upvote people's work if your looking for a quick buck this is not the way to do it i have spent hours talking and commenting on post its only been recently that my post actually Earn a little something not much but I'm happy just to be sharing my views and ownership over what i post.
The key is to be consistent and pick topics you enjoy talking about and debating about i love a good debate. I want to know people's thoughts and opinions.
I was very lucky to meet a curator called @ewkaw who has answered my stupid questions and guided me in my journey on hive and leofinance.io.
When i started i was posting irrelevant content like photography and pictures i took but i soon realised that just posting my photos wasn't going to cut it so i started posting on personal issues to me what i think is important in the world for example i done a post on homelessness in the 21st century and i also done a post about mental illness as these issues i have experience with in my life as i have experienced homelessness sat in a door way my partner suffers with ADHD that has an impact on both of our lives. Create content that your passionate about and it will all come to fruit.
Don't get disheartened keep at it and i will post some links to my posts so you can see the progression and also my earnings. Also self promotion on twitter Facebook and Discord servers.
