Ouch, what happened

Pitch black car park, (lights only came on when someone walked past the silver car) Parking sensors didn't pick up the white beam, they only picked up the recessed wall. So heard one beep then a huge pop.

Ah yeah I am still wary of relying 100% on parking sensors to be honest. And those pitch black car parks, yeah not good.

£115 Windscreen excess for insurance. And £50ish for the brake light I cracked. I did ask about the cost for me to replace it without getting insurance involved and it came to £1,500 😅

Yeah and that's just the back window. If your car has anything like auto dimming headlights and roadsign reading it's even more.
