Solidarity.it's hell for me all the time i have severe POTS, i can't be upright more than a few minutes without near syncope or actually passing out. Not just standing I can't really sit upright for any length of time either.

That sounds complicated to adapt to. Mine is usually manageable, but there have been a few times triggered by me being sick or by a medicine where it doesn't even allow me to get down, lights go off out of the sudden.
