Like Thorchain is recent example. We've seen FTX hacker using "decentralization" to move funds and they had no option left except to pause network..
It's an integrate part of decentralization: there are no "good" and "bad" users of decentralized tools.
Let's remind one of Bitcoin's mottos: "Bitcoin is for enemies" :-)
