Well, now I have a better idea of what lies behind the colorful signs I'd been seeing on several posts!
I do like the idea that there's "a chance" for a big vote on quality posts... on some level, I think it keeps people honest, and discourages those who might try to skate by on thin content.
Since I rarely create top-level content (99% curation and commenting) I don't expect to be visited by "Toruk," but it definitely is a cool initiative!
