Good Morning Everyone. Earlier I had a bad habit of waking up at night. But now I have fixed my sleeping routine. Feeling very cheerful after waking up on time in the morning. So proper sleep is necessary for healthy body and beautiful mind

Glad you got "sorted out" (as the Brits like to say). Me? I need a full 8 hours of sleep at a minimum. Been getting it lately too! :)

yeah, proper sleep is indeed necessary because our health is more than important to us.
but I don't think waking up at night is a bad one anyways
As long as you can always sleep again with ease.
