I think that with the current rates of tax at the moment it gonna cost india in the long run, but if they find a happy medium that would be brilliant for both parties. But then it done correctly it could be the standard for what a lot of countries would do so time will tell.

true, if done right, it could be the benchmark for crypto taxation. Although india is not the first to tax crypto. Most other countries are treating is just another asset class, which is what India should have done.
