Im in a similar path with passive income, i'm a father of three boys with special needs and finding the time is a hard ask, but you only need one project to work out. And once you have that cash cow you milk it and feed it to the other projects and watch your assets grow. It all a matter of time and holding the faith and i wish you go luck in your future ventures
