To take it a step further, what happens to all those autonomous trucks when Amazon has warehouses full of 3D printers around the country where you can order you new "chair, shoes, gadget" online and they can "print" it in the warehouse and drone it out to you from a local warehouse? This shit is crazy. It IS going to take time though. Whether the tech is ready or not, there is no way they are going to shut down the entire trucking industry in a short period of time. Relatively short, maybe. But I can't see it happening in under 20 years. Just my opinion...
