The Christmas season always feels special. The breeze is always the first sign that something is up. How it resonates and puts a picture within is always something amazing. This has proven to me that even without time and calendar, I will still be able to know it's Christmas. I am not that party guy per say, nevertheless, I always give room for those who can dance out themselves as long as it adds honor to the season.
It is always the advice I give to my friends, Christmas is not a season to fancy lust, love is something very unique. Getting drunk in this season to me always feels embarrassing, many don't care anyway, they think they are celebrating.
The Christmas wrap up will be tomorrow as it is always added with the new celebration. New year is always the grand finale. My conscience is actually asking me here, should it be? The birth of Christ and the new year celebration, which should be very impactful? Of course Christ's birthday. It's just that the one week between Christ's birthday and new year is always full of jollification and a final wrap up on the first of January.

How will you be spending your new year? Maybe I should start with New year's eve. Of course this evening is crossover night. I don't know if you are getting it but over here all roads always lead to the church. I wouldn't want to miss it for many reasons. Crossing over to the new year in the house of my maker is a booster. I don't know for you but I am a strong believer of supernatural interventions. This is where my daily living hangs, the God that supersees the affairs of man should not be underestimated.
I have started making early preparations as I am planning to spend a steady four hours in the house of God prior to the cross over night. That should be from 8:PM to 12:AM when the happy new year is sound everywhere. It is always an enjoyable moment. I have always found time to be there and I want to make it much better this year. I don't want to get there late, I want to enjoy every moment. From the hymns to songs to praises, worship and prayers, I want to make the most of every moment.

When looking at how I have been able to scale through from January 1st to December 31st of 2024, I must admit it has been a help from above. You may feel I am being too spiritual here, permit me to. We mostly speak from experiences. The devastating economy seemed like it was going to make life worse yet I have been able to boast of achievements this year. It is not an easy thing to talk of, our economy has really been hit.
Aside from this, God deserves our praise and worship. He says in his book, 'whether happy or sad, do well to praise me, whether in little or abundance, do well to praise me'. You see here, we are indebted to praise God. I don't need to be the world richest man to accept his faithfulness, it is a matter of understanding, this is something I have come to realize as I am aging. My focus tonight is on those four hours with God in his sanctuary. Ending the year well and starting even much better is a privilege I will not take for granted.

I can't say much of what I will be doing tomorrow. I would have loved to try out a new recipe with my brother (we just love testing our cooking abilities). I don't know how much energy will be left in me after the night, maybe I will find some time to sleep before further ado. Reaching out to friends and loved ones should be prioritized, you never can tell whose spirit you may lift in just a one minute call. Will anyone surprise me with a new year gift tomorrow? Let me

To conclude, let me add, a new year approaches in some hours to come. Making the most of both Christmas and new year experience is important for me. You don't need to spend too much to achieve this. It starts from a mindset of pure love and how you can share your little with those you are privileged to reach. The essence of life demands you also be a light to everything surrounding you. There is a need to stay happy and look positive ahead of the coming year. First impressions matter, they say. Start the year with love, do well to fancy this season.
