Are you attractive? Ok, I am not talking about being a damsel if this is how you can easily attribute it. We are talking in the line of business here. Nevertheless, maybe I should start from the qualities of a damsel that I assume I know. Ok, I do not know much, in summary, she can get people's attention and cause them to come much closer.

Our emphasis is on first getting people's attention and secondly, drawing them close. I once heard a story a man shared about how he went to buy something from a shop and on reaching the first shop, he was very intimidated. What happened? The seller's facial appearance (who was a woman) was far from worth doing business with. So the man decided to check the next nearby shop.

On almost leaving for the next she called out and told the man to check for what he was looking for. Just to appease her a little he decided to do some checking in her shop. Even with the second chance at hand, she was still not able to attract the man. She just stood there with a boning face looking at the man trying to find what he was looking for by himself, no interaction, no conviction, no smiles. Wow! I guess the man's instinct was right from the beginning and he had to leave.

The next shop did the work well and the man said he was happy to buy from there. The seller brought out many varieties of that product and took some time to do the necessary explanations and also bargaining price with a smiling face. I once told a friend, many times people buy high not because they are forced to but rather because they've been convinced to. Smart entrepreneurs know that people buy emotions.

If you don't like smiles as an entrepreneur, you are already out. You know I always take time to look at many pictures of successful businessmen and one similar thing is that they are always full of smiles. You can do that after you are done reading this article to find out how true this is. So what is the secret of smiles? Attraction. From attraction comes attention. You can't do business with anybody without getting their attention.

I have learned to easily create bonds with people with the added facts that I have a very good smile. Many people have comprehended me smiling saying they always feel enticed (my added fortune as an entrepreneur I guess). I could remember I once wrote an article drawing emphasis on the fact that an entrepreneur is a Sign Board. People liking you is an added advantage to your business.

No one does business with an unsafe person and an unsafe place. As humans, we usually show some belief and sense of emotions. For instance, the manner of approach of someone can bring bad luck and discomfort. As an entrepreneur, you have to be able to balance and leverage every customer's assumptions. Can a customer happily introduce your business to someone else? This is tagged to your level of friendliness, I know quality service also has a part to play. To be even more frank, good customer service is an open act of friendliness too.

Being friendly is a skill, the more friends, the broader your customer base and a higher chances of getting more potential customers. This is not rocket science, the first set of customers are likely to be those who are closer to you who will also in the process draw others close to you too. This is where you will need to maintain your friendly reputation. I am also a customer somewhere, they are places I always find delight in going to do business there, it's a matter of a good relationship.

To conclude, let me add, doing business and succeeding in it means you will have to connect as many dots as possible. An entrepreneur especially at that early business phase is the face of the business. Your attitude, character, response and the rest of the like will keep sending out sensitive information to the public. Overtime, this will eventually pay back either to help grow your business or diminish it.
