Hello to ALL roarers in the community. The day looks beautiful from where I am writing and I am doing well to spread the beauty to wherever you are. It is morning over here and night somewhere else, nevertheless, this can't stop the fun. We know the timing. Let me start from the LEO theory of every 15th. Hahaha, this is me trying to postulate a new law which states that "on every 15th of the month, lions must gather to increase their stakes". I deserve an applaud here, I guess I would make good inventor, physicist, law creator or whatever name best fit. Ok, ok, that's enough. The reminder here is that simple, go power up some Leo tokens. I do keep to this timing as it has become a very enjoyable activities.
Everyone has been all eyes in the market lately, birds are returning to the mountain as green pasture surfaces. Many will be wondering if this is the best time to sell off. Nah! Nah!! Nah!!! My amigo, you'll loose a fortune. Didn't Leo hit higher prices than these some months ago? What has been its current all time high? Let me leave that research for you. What am I saying here? Simple, the future for Leo token is far brighter than selling at $0.05 cents. So instead of pulling out I've decided to increase my stakes.
Nothing is too little although I was hoping to power up much more tokens than this and create my new all time high powered up amount. Let me wait for the December power up, I would love a Christmas surprise. I must add that the InLeo community is making a positive influence to Hive, socialfi and web3 at large. A lion is known for influence.

Speaking of influence, when dealing with business or trying to strike a deal it has always been very needful. The skill I have come to observe I am lacking is being influential as an entrepreneur. I have to learn it if I really wish to thrive in the field of business. The question of how I can make people work for or with me is becoming very mandatory. humans are one set of creation that is difficult to align.
I saw such a recent post on Threads how someone said he is choked up with the job of managing 70 staff. I had to laugh out myself first while trying to understand all that he was putting on the table. I have been in such a position before, especially in my early days businessing, the pressure of managing people is very high.
Influence is a skill
A leader must be influential. We have seen this played out even in ancient times. Kings had to be able to exercise influence on the people for a government to excel. Inasmuch as much of it ended up in oppression, as a entrepreneur you wouldn't want to be oppressive. There are ways to influence workers and clients to get the needed done. It is all about being ready to learn, adjust and replicate. You must know that humans are not stupid (or will not be forever). At some point they will start questioning your mode of operation if it favors them or not. When the latter becomes true, you are likely to loose genuine workers. I have seen it happen before in a corporation, I guess I have to learn early.

Personally, I prefer people working with me rather than working for me. Although the chain of authority should not be distorted, it promotes usefulness in the hearts of those I am working with. They will be free to introduce their ideas and concepts and expose you to knowledge currently beyond your reach. Maybe the right English here is team work. Working with people who are ahead of you is one of the easiest ways to achieve success, all you need to do is influence them positively. Not everyone has genuine leadership skills, yet in the absentia of this are techniques that are ground breaking. building a brand is about getting the right people and working with them yet you must let them know you are not in any means a fool.
I could remember the day I went to my client and I told him I needed quality and nothing else. He looked at me first, of course he was older than me yet my seriousness about quality that day was an influence. What do I mean here? I gave him an offer that one way we could be working together is by delivering quality. First I had to let him know why I chose to work with him; he has potential, something that made him deliver nothing less than quality. Secondly, I respected his pay demand, it was a needed seriousness to influence the negotiation.
To conclude, let me add, there is still much to learn in the field of business. Coming out as a worthwhile entrepreneur will depend on my incorporation ability; from humans, to ideas, experience, negotiations and many others. In the midst of it all, building a positive influential skill will give results. Let me remind us again, it is LPUD, do well to power up as much Leo token as you can. Happy LPUD lions.
