Health will continue to be a sector of big concerns. As long as humans exist, there will always continue to be a need for living and looking healthy. I have come to realize that the first asset anyone can boast of is good health. I once heard of a story, be it true or not, that I cannot tell yet there was a lot to learn in the midst of it. It was about a rich man who had a deteriorating health issue and had to survive daily with six doses of injections.
Of course, he had the money for that yet the fact remains, there was nothing to enjoy in the process. In conclusion, he finally said that a boy roaming the street is having a far better life than him. He was making a huge point here, 'wealth without good health is an inclusive mockery'---dani-EL. Health specialists are also doing their best to close this gap. Nevertheless, this has also opened doors for exploitations.
This is where quackhood has stepped in. Quackery has become a big industry that individuals and organizations alike are taking huge advantage. How many people become victims of quack doctors, treatment and prescriptions. This in turn adds to the global health issue as it continuously threatens human lives. I heard of a story of how wrong medication worsened a patient's issue. To even make the issue more threatening, it was done in an approved medication center.

So what went wrong? According to the reporter, this treatment was offered in the hands of newbies or should I say newly accrued nurses under training after finishing nursing school. It is just a pity that a fellow human can be the lab rat for another to learn proper medication prescription.
One can say this too is quackery under an approved umbrella. So how was this issue later discovered? The patient's health condition grew worse and was taken over to a private hospital. This was when the Doctor requested to see our last medication prescription. The Doctor screamed when he saw the drugs that were prescribed, adding that it is the reason why the health issue has become worse.
There was now two things to deal with, first was to even try and get rid of the excess treatment which has caused tissue and cell damages before even looking at the main health issue. I have not always been a fan of the hospital and when I heard this report, it increased my reasons for always staying away. Maybe I am too scared of the injection needle, hahahaha.
Ok, jokes aside, we need to look at facts, how many die because of quack treatment year in year out. There may be no proper analysis yet the number is huge. For instance, I was doing some research and I found out that in 2008, India recorded over 40,000 quack practices just in New Delhi alone. Who are the victims? the masses who are always out for help and in the process become much more vulnerable. One can say ignorance also adds to this, how about the case where an approved facilitation also worsened a health issue as I described above?

Also from my further research, I discovered that 30% of the United states citizens are attributed to involving in alternative medicine practices outside expert predictions. This brings in the big question of what then happens to the rural and underdeveloped part of the world. I witnessed such a scenario in my locality where someone in the name of health official was selling fake nutrition supplements and charging victims high prices in return for promises of some palliative rewards.
While many were looking at the side that he robbed the masses, my main concern was the fact that what he offered was just a diluted sachet of fruit drinks he bought from stores. What if he gave out some hard drugs? I am seeing how many already would have added health issues to health issues. I told my brother, do you know this guy could have killed half a community if he intended to? There were several complaints anyway, some said they purged for a while.
To conclude, let me add, the health industry even with it's utmost importance has proven to be life threatening itself. Unapproved personnel and bodies are taking advantage to victimize innocent patients to make money off them. There is a need for the government to put more eyes into this sector. This is easier said than done, especially in underdeveloped and developing countries.
This in the process declines the trust of medication. Just as I said, I am personally not a big fan of medication because of such happening. On the other hand, this makes medication high as one will have to trust those at TOP tiers who are not easy to access. Even in the midst of this, many have had to stay on crossed fingers with hopes that those they trust for better health are worth it due to financial constraints.
