When you are trying to run like an everything app, it can be very hectic and fun too I must add, if you have the passion. Be up and running is a normal advice you will get anywhere, especially when you are still young and full of energy. It has been a rollercoaster this week when even adding to happenings I was never expecting to occur which did and it affected my decision making. It is one of those things, one needs to be ready for the unseen while keep praying for the best of days. As I said, it has been activities upon activities with added chaos.
That said, I love spending my time writing articles since I joined Hive. Does this mean there is nothing else I am left to do? Of course not, this is just a part time hustle (actually I enjoy being a full time part timer). What I mean here is all my daily businesses I schedule them as part time job/work or whatever. Having time to make personal decisions is very important irrespective of how much you make. So yes I am self -employed (upcoming entrepreneur if I must add) trying to find my perfect place in the world of business. This is not a child's play ground, I have been forced to learn or bear the consequences. In short, I have been a partaker in both.

The current economic situations in our country calls for financial reexamination. Everyone or most appropriately, those who are wise are cutting their coat according to their sizes. There are so many forgone alternatives in the market currently, this is shrinking output in many industries. Adding to that, business owners are also doing the reshaping to fit in too. How do you cut expenses and stay in business? Question for an entrepreneur. One of the ways has always been in reducing working hands and increasing working time. I had to apply this technique to weather the current storm. This means I have to be more involved than before as we await when actually the economy will relieve us of duty.
I am not a big fan of paying someone little to work so much for me, better I work with few with high pay rather than hold many down with nothing much to show for as salary at the end of the month. It has been switching gears base on demands. Having to meet up with daily service rendering needs to be well calculated. customers satisfaction must be at its core when considering first, you are not the only one in business. Adding to that, everyone wants the best as this time, I am taking of sustenance here, no one is ready to spend a dime with regrets.

This week came in hotter than I expected, I was planning to be more involved in my online activities especially on hive until I had to switch gears. Demand for my service was on the high side. That seemed to be not much of a problem, I am not working in the office alone. I decided to take work a little relaxed until when will be full house for production the next day. The next day came and my co-worker was finding himself in a personal issue that needed urgent solution. You know what this means right? I will have to double work because I wouldn't want to overstress my contract workers. My colleague has some issues which are affecting my mentality yet I have to push forward.
I made some necessary calls to know who will be readily available to help out but it seemed the person I was depending on was busy. I couldn't blame him much understanding the urgency. How do I meet up with two departments in the office and also meet up writing? My colleague is having some issues, remember, it was just getting to my neck. I had to jump out and in to get things done. My expertise was needed when having to reach the market to source for the best material for service delivery. Being a man is meeting up with tough and inconveniencing responsibility. I have a growing business to defend here and I know what this means.
In conclusion, let me add, it was a work week that has added a lot of experience to me. Staying strong in disturbing times and forging forward to be at your best is not something that comes by that easily. I felt we were going to get a customer red flag at the end but I am quite happy my tactics played out perfectly well. My colleague is back and that's very encouraging. Meeting up with a daily routine is necessary to boost confidence. Running a business will remain something that only the determined will prevail. I have also learned mental stamina in the process.
