Most of us are employed while others are self employed and big business owners. I was listening to a message yesterday concerning people that live a wasted life and an invested one. Many of us don't understand or don't even care to put into consideration how important our life is. We are meant to influence ourselves positively. A lot of facts are on the table here. I learned a lot and one sector I want to employ in this article is the aspect of creating employment.
Do you know even as employed, you are employing someone? Of course you do board a vehicle down there, how about ordering for food while still in office? Have you always considered the direction of your daily expenses? How would have it been if you choose to fold your hands and deny yourself the chance to work? That restaurant depending on your patronage would have had to source it. That taxi driver would have probably been on a daily interest shortage.
Wow! This drew my attention closer to me and my business. We are still at the growth level and not employing many hands. Nevertheless, I have come to realize I am employing more than I even imagined. What do I mean here? Let's just assume I never picked any interest in opening a business. I just decided to spend my money as I wish. It will have finished by NOW and I would have been going around looking for a job to secure. This means I would have robbed many of their privileges that was bundled around my business growth.

On a daily basis, we have to spend to see business through. This opens doors for suppliers to make some bucks out of what I do. Whether I want to consider it as wages or salary at the end of evert 30 days I have come to realize I am adding value to people. We do pick up and delivery, how much do we spend on this at the end of the month. Of course, we need energy, from self maintenance (food and nutrition supplements to stay fit) to equipments and other business purchases. I can say it is one massive employment.

In the end what I do may directly touch a few lives (when talking of my employment list) bit indirectly, we are talking of 50 to 100 lives at end of the month. Can we not say from here that it is worth living an invested life? It is something I have been pounding upon that the current economy needs more employers of labour. We need to flip this wheel, the old pattern is outdated. I am already imagining how many lives I will be touching when we have branches in other places. We have to work together to save humanity from some level of struggles, this bounces back to who is willing to get up and make it happen.
I had to turn back and look at the impact big businesses are making in the society. If my business that is running under the employment of units makes such impact how about those in tens, hundreds or even thousands. For instance, a company with 500 staff members should probably be influencing at least an extra 1500 lives. This is the minimum, I am just considering the fact that each person has to eat, transport himself and pay electric bills too. How about those that have a whole family to take care of?
To conclude, let me add, I was very encouraged when I went through that mentorship class. I learned a lot and I was able to convey his ideas by adding it up with my personal insights. I am employing beyond what I was thinking and I wish to do even more. As I earlier said, we are here to help each other out, there is one Biblical saying, 'the poor will always be among you'. What to extract here too is this, if you are privileged to be on the TOP, do well to influence and many as possible in a positive way
