Ethereum is looking to achieve economic finality for its transactions in roughly 12 seconds.
Dash has deterministic (absolute) finality for transactions in just a couple of seconds on the legacy chain.
On our new Evolution chain, transactions take roughly 3 seconds to reach finality with our state of the art SBFT consensus. Light clients can also access that data with a state proof and a recovered threshold signature of any future block.
Dash is already ahead of the game. Few actually know about it yet. 🧬

Here's the full post from Vitalik, there are some extra things like trying to lower the staking amount to 1 ETH that isn't comparable, but Dash basically solved all of these issues.
