Real Estate, Trying Something New.

The future of real estate is not really far from what we have now.

I had a conversation with my friend few nights ago and he was telling me that in the nearest future, real estate investment will be of no interest because of the robust idea people learn every day about investing in cryptocurrency.

I tried to make him understand that the future of real estate investment is more of the spice given to it. Strategy is also of great essence.

This very vicinity these estates development is on going right now, many years ago was a feared area because of how bushy and scary it was.

As a development team, we decided to start developing the area by introducing hydra-form bricks building.

All the structures around the vicinity are built with cement blocks. So starting something very different from what is already there really wowed the community.

The first structure we raised was already rented before completion. The ones we are on right now, even at this stage, price bidding is still on, persons are coming everyday to make enquiries if it'll be sold out or rented.

This environment used to be called "palm city" for reasons I do not know but I know in the nearest future, inhabitants might likely change it to "bricks city"(😄😄).

Investing in Cryptocurrency is good but investing in both crypto and real estate is best.
