I feel bad for them. As all of us just want to live a better life but there are others who live a lavish life by destroying the lives of others. I hope justice will be served. !BBH

As such, I think that if they promote it without the knowledge that it harms others, they are not entirely to blame, however, as you say, many live very well at the expense of the suffering of others.
