Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
I’m now past this oen. My goal was 35k and my stretch goal was 40k. This week, I’m up to 40,530.410. Woohoo!
That’s only an increase of 316.960 this past week, which is down quite a bit from what I was powering up every week prior to this last one. But that’s ok. I did keep powering up a little everyday to keep me eligible for Hive Power-Up Month (HPUM), it wasn’t the priority it has been.
I’m leaning towards making 60k my goal for next year, with 65k my stretch goal. That would mean increasing more than this year, but I will be making a lot more in curation, and if Hive does increase to a buck by the new year, I might be making more on my posts as well.
I don’t know. Still thinking.

My PIMP earnings were roughly the same as usual, around 250, so I bought the rest of that almost 1k you see up there in the table. I’m thinking to get to 100k PIMP by the end of the year.
Silver
The silver chart for last week:
Finally silver is doing ok again. Still a long way from the $35 high we hit in Oct, but maybe making progress back in that direction.
Looks like the 2025 Pandas have been released:
30 grams (a bit less than a troy oz) for a bit above $40. Not the best deal in the world, but if you are a collector of the Panda coins, this looks like a nice one.

I'm playing with the idea of taking some BTC profit and putting it into BRO. But I don't know. @raymondspeaks has mentioned before that even if Hive dies, he will honor our purchases and will move BRO somewhere else, so I have some faith that it is a very long-term play and that I won't be burned.
Very tough call... I think BTC may not be done quite yet. That's always the hard part is knowing when to take profits! I've not taken any yet, I think I'm going to wait a bit longer. I wish I had a crystal ball to make the call with it!
