Then "explorepakistan" (Blacklisted for plagiarism fraud) Then "eddiesun" (Blacklisted for plagiarism fraud) Then created these to circumvent the blacklist. howzat decoding Leave @eddiesun, tell me what did @decoding do? So just making new accounts to avoid the blacklist means that you are still an abuser.
I don't care specifically about 1 account, if you are one person behind all of these accounts, you as a person is an abuser. The account doesn't matter.
