I don't know if it'll make a difference, but did you try sending the transactions paying a little more than the minimum GAS fees? I remember having to do that to get transactions to go, way back when...

Thank you. I did and still not going through. Tried sending a very tiny amount without the memo and it went successfully so I think the error has something to do with the memo (Hex data) being added.

Yes. I stopped trying yesterday and checked again today using a different browser, using max fee, and sending a higher amount but it still couldn't get through. It gives the same error.
Any success yet?
