For myself I'm fine with Bittrex. But newbies are more shy and ask for no KYC.

No KYC is always best, otherwise we are giving energy to thus supporting violence, imo
HIVE and HBD can be traded directly at Bittrex indeed 😉 Liquidity of HIVE/HBD is a bit low though. One can use a CEX without KYC as an intermediate transfer, like MEXC? Usually, fiat on/offramp is KYC, I think also with MEXC.
