What are the best cities to invest
Sorry, I didn’t see your comment. At the moment, the best growth index is in Milan and the cities in the Milan province. Also, considering the regional development plan, Pavia and Voghera look promising. These are great options to buy good properties at a reasonable price and immediately start renting them out to students.
I can also recommend Turin and Bologna. Turin, because it is one of the largest industrial centers and has relatively affordable property prices, which makes it a potentially interesting city for investment. Bologna, due to the large number of universities, sees a stable demand for rentals, and also due to investments in the region’s infrastructure and ecosystem, there is a steady rise in property prices.
