There is a similar situation here in Pakistan, if there is a compulsion, no one helps, then it is better that a person should keep some money that he has for his bad times, it will be beneficial to ask someone. There will be no need to ask for money and the only things that are available from the government are very affordable. If we do it in this way, then we will be able to take good care of ourselves and our families.
