I knew someone trying to sell some land. I was chatting with my uncle about it and he told me to tell them to raise the price of the land. It was in a good location and he thought it was worth more than they were asking. He said if you ever want something to sell raise the price.
Well the land owner raised the price and it told in 2 months after being on the market for years.
I’ve through about this a lot.
Now I know this statement is not 100% true. Raising the price on most items will not work. But I’m applying this to my life in 2025.
I want to raise of the price of what I offer. Still planning out how to do so but wanted to share this quick and get some feedback from you all?

I think we all need to ask for more and realize we are all undervalued.
Always better to ask more if it's worth more. Glad to hear they were able to make some more money. Whenever I sell something valuable, I won't discount the price even if it takes awhile to sell. Great moral of the story you have there!
