Sort:  

Pitch them "fun" into the moment, and then "suddenly do it", and show them they are after the barrier the previously didn't have confidence to cross.

Human learn by experiences... without experiences, they often regress.

Throwing them into the fire (not literally, of course... haha!).

Teach them that failing (over and over again) is success.

By becoming the example myself

Teach them to be good story tellers, nothing builds a young-ones confidence like having a captive audience.

How to do that? Read to them! Tell them stories!

It's not easy to say as it is different for each kids.

I practice posituve self-talk with them

Kids learn quickly from their parents. , so I will make myself promote "confidence " so that automatically teaches them about confidence

Make them watch you act confidently, they will learn

By staying confident myself , hopefully they learn from me
