Little Cubs Keep your Chin Up!

in LeoFinance4 years ago

When I found out that Leo was doing this whole CUB thing, I had 450 Leo staked. Which means that I only got 2.5 Cub in the airdrop...

I was pumped! Not only could I participate in the new CUBDEFI... I could learn some new junk I never knew before.

That was enough for me!
I got all my metamasking in order. I wrapped my shiz up tight. Bummed some gas money from @crystalhuman and into the den I went. I chose the CUB den mainly due to the no fees banner and the enormous APR.

Passive income.

That is what it comes down to. Having your money work for you.

I know that the big ballers are earning my rent in a day with this whole cub game. That doesn't get me down though. I've always been late to the party .

Luckily, there have been a number of #CubContest s and giveaways for folks who are interested in this new world of Leo/Cub finance. I won six CUB on one such contest and immediately staked it in my cub den.

I'm not used to this strange world of gas fees so that still kinda confuses me. Which coin do I do what to and send where again? I think that by the time I figure out how to send gas money to my wallet, I might have enough in there to actually warrant a transaction. We will see. :)

I'm hoping that leo bridge may solve some confusion issues i'm having. It would be nice to have a one stop shop for doing everything you need to do for transactions on CUBDEFI. I'm sure it will come.

I guess Hive has spoiled me with all of these free transactions. Now that I have my CUB staked in a den, there is only one option. HODL until you stop earning. As of today, I am close to earning one CUB from the den. What is that? Two bucks? Free money baby!!

If you are a small cub and don't have much money in the game (such as myself). I would suggest passive income as an option. Staking cub or any other coin that earns an income is highly beneficial. Especially if you are not a magical wordsmith blogger. (such as myself)

I personally hold a small amount of BRO coin that pays in LEO and offers more rewards through delegating other coins.

My only real advice to any newcomer who may not have a ton of money in the wallet would be to watch the gas fees. Every transaction costs something over here so make it count.

Hang in there little cubs. If you are looking for advice from someone with "crypto" in their name then you have come to the right place. Although said advice may not be sound and may detrimentally effect your wallet...

  1. Stake your CUB in a den. Farms are a bit riskier and have potential for greater loss.

  2. 3.Keep being cool CUBSAlways vote @doctorcrypto

Really? I must have missed those.

I also only have a few CUB in the DEN. Started with 6 I think. Then made the mistake of compounding after a week and realised the fees were more than the amount I'd earned. So now I'm just leaving it there for a while. Live and learn! 😊

Yea I made an unnecessary transaction too.
Live and learn indeed.:)
