Kaminski and Wasik belonged to PiS, right-wing party that ruled Poland until last year's election, when replaced by pro-EU liberal coalition led by current PM Donald Tusk. That arrest is related to criminal case that began in 2007.
Kaminski said that he considered himself political prisoner and that he would start hunger strike.
