Putin, Xi and number of left-wing Latin American leaders congratulated him on his win. Whether someone sees Maduro as legitimate president or not has more to do with ideological alignment and geopolitical interests than with the actual will of Venezuelan people.
I fear it won't be much different with USA in November.
