I think this is a good change. I also think that seasonal rentals serves the longterm health of the game better. The 1 DEC min won't be as bad if it is the minimum price for a season.

I also believe that in the long run, the result will be positive, but either way, I'm struggling at the beginning 😅
Yes it will be a struggle as people have to reformulate their plans. But like you said, I think this is all for the best for the game to make it easier to use.
