Happy Boxing Day!!!
Hello everyone, happy Boxing Day!
I woke up today giving thanks to God as usual and when my partner woke up too we talked for a while about the things we’d be working on together next year by God’s grace. After that, I went up to the third floor of the house because I wanted some time to myself and I also needed to soak up the morning sun. After one hour she called me on the phone to tell me that breakfast was ready.
We brushed and ate breakfast together. She didn’t eat much because I told her we’d be going for dinner date today and I told her to eat more but she said no. Few hours later I ate again because I was hungry and she was laughing.

After eating, I dozed off, and when I turned, I noticed that she had fallen asleep on me too. It was almost time for our date, and she woke up before I did, so she had to tap me awake, telling me we needed to freshen up because it was nearly time. After we got ready, she chose an outfit for me, and I picked one for her as well. Once we were dressed, I booked a ride to take us to the restaurant. After a few miles, we arrived, but the restaurant was crowded, and we were asked to sit in the lounge. My partner said she wasn't comfortable sitting there, so I spoke to one of the staff about her concern. A few minutes later, we were informed that they had made a space for us inside, and we moved in.

After we settled in, we were given the menu, and when we decided what we both wanted, we informed the server. A few minutes later, the server returned to tell us that some of our selections were unavailable. We tried to choose other options, but we were told those weren’t available either. It felt like almost everything on the menu was out of stock, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, we waited nearly 2 hours for the starters and drinks we ordered to arrive. After about an hour and a half, the main course finally arrived, but it was quite small for the price we paid. To be honest, the meals were good, but considering how expensive their food is, the portion sizes felt really small.
To make it worse, we ordered for grilled fish and we waited more than 3 hours and we still couldn’t get the fish because it was getting late and we couldn’t just wait any longer because we had to just go home as we were not satisfied with their food service. It was really slow and frustrating. I just asked for our bill, paid, and we left. I booked a ride back home, and that was it.

Despite the slow food service and the fact that they didn't have 90 percent of what was on their menu, we still had a good time because we chatted, took videos, and snapped pictures while we waited for our food.

Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the time spent together made it worthwhile. Looking forward to our next adventure, hopefully with better service.

Thanks for your time.
