A guy came to meet me at the gym today and he said he has been working out for months but he hasn't seen good results and was complementing how I was able to build my body within a short period and he has been showing up for the same amount of time without significant results and that is because I show up more than him. one thing I realized from that guy today is that he doesn't believe In natural body anymore, he believes everybody uses something to enhance their body at the gym but I told him it's a lie you just have to be consistent.
It is funny how all you have to do is trust the process, but most people let their feelings win over their believe over time. A perfect example is a new member of the gym, some people are only motivated by what they see online and then take it upon themselves to change their lives but as time goes on when the results that they are looking for do not come quickly they tend to stop coming to gym but for the few people that stick with it to the end, they enjoy the result at last.
The main reason most people were able to stick with a new habit is because of their believe, people can Wait until the end because of their believe, there is a shift or a doubt in our mind it becomes very difficult to stay with to the end especially when you're not getting the result instantly.
Let it compound
It takes time before you can start seeing the result of a good habit, which can be very hard, and it's even harder when it comes to a habit because It takes a long time before you can notice the results. A good example is building muscle at the gym, and the result is so small that it can take months or years before you notice a significant change. And this only means that you must have compound your effort over and over again. What most people don't know is that one big effort may not give you your desired result. You have to compound it.
Consistency is the only thing that can give you your desired result. For your habits to yield a good result, you must be consistent, and there is no other way to do it. One big effort alone will not do it, but compounding. Little effort can lead to a massive result. There is power, a good habit that may seem like magic, but for it to work, you must compound your efforts and do it repeatedly.
Thanks for your time.
