How hard is it really?
I mean, it is true, we want more than "nice comment thanks" but we arent talking about brain surgery here. If one read an article it isnt hard to find something to add to it. A few sentences is all that is required.

Posting is a lot harder than commenting. Of course, the posts that many write do not seem to take much effort.
There are many who write 200 word comments yet that is what we get in many posts. That is the difference in someone looking to add to the platform/article and someone just looking to bilk rewards.

Posting is alot harder but I agree with the fact that success on hive requires time,hardwork and determination

Try just asking a question to the author.
That's probably the easiest way to spark a conversation and rack up your comment numbers while actually adding value.

Well, is not an excuse. It is challenging and requires determination. You have to be ready and it will be easy along the way
