It's not the only reason we are selling. It's really my parent's house, we have other projects, they need to buy a better car and also their house needs some work.
We have a small house that we rent on Airbnb and maybe my father will build another to expand the business. The goof thing is that my father is the best handyman, he is an architect, carpenter and knows the basic of electricity and plumbing.
With my part I'm buying Hive and Leo.

i admire your faith but its honestly best to keep it to yourself because the market will basically front run you otherwise. Its good for us all though, id be quick though because both assets will double in price in the blink of an eye.
