Personally I can identify with this mindset more because I'm full time crypto and literally pay all my bills with it. Certainly this isn't the standard but when I run out of USD all I can do is sell the lows... which is very annoying.
I'd really like to take enough gains in 2025 to make sure I can make it a couple years without ever being in that position.
I can't imagine how hard that must be. I'm pretty lucky that I have a decent job that I basically enjoy. It helps make crypto a lot less stressful for me!
Same for me ( just replace USD for Euros ), for about 7 years now. I can relate.
