Well, you can take lessons on it (which is what I did) but if you don't want to do that, just by replicating a large number of recipes you will eventually get a good understanding of what makes a good cocktail. In no time you will be able to start coming up with your own :)
Think ima buy a shaker and other things and just watch YT videos and read up on it! Don't think we have any courses in my town for it so :/
