Users buy DREIT for HIVE
You use HIVE in dCITY
Some SIM income will go back to the DREIT holders and some could be used to do token buybacks.

I think this would make a good start.

Without automation it's going to be hard, but only if you will have a lot of people buying these tokens. I think that at the start it should be fine to do it all manually - you can just keep the SIM flowing to the account and only sending it to the holders each week or something, it doesn't have to be every day.

I think you are onto something.

I think we are on to something too! I'm trying to formalize the idea more, but this was the exact plan I had when I created the token. I started to do the manual work for just the few people who bought in and realized how labor intensive it would be to keep track of token holders. Unless we can figure out a simple way to track token holders and distribute funds I'm a little hesitant to re-list tokens as I want this to be a success and profitable for all those involved.

Here's the updated description:

Dreit is a tokenized investment club for all users of social blockchains and players of the Hive based game Dcity. The goal of Dreit is to own and build an income producing Dcity which provides token holders value. The basic plan is users buy DREIT with HIVE. That HIVE is used to build the dCITY. SIM/HIVE income will go back to the DREIT holders, grow the Dcity and will be used for token buybacks.
