Why are you slacking?
Seems like a decision you choose to make to let yourself off.
Yeah I can't handle many things at the same time. I lost many hours of sleep in the past and now my body doesn't let me anymore plus trying to keep my mind sane while things at work suck. And much more excuses. But I'm ok with it, I'll make it right one day
Sometimes I miss the quarantine times though lol
You are stronger than you think. Dont buy into the narrative. Change it.
And work is almost always filled with douchebags. That is the problem with the corporate/business world.
It only seems to keep growing too like a cancer. Alas, have to put up with it in many instances.

The Spa is peaceful they say..all lies ahaha
I'll just wait till my kid turns 18 and gets out of the house so I can manage my time better lol
